On Monday 4 February, a meeting of the Prime Ministers of the Baltic Council of Ministers will be held in the Riga Stock Exchange. The focus of the meeting will be on the current issues on the EU agenda, including the EU budget post-2020, Brexit, regional transport and energy projects, the security of information space and electoral security, as well as relations with Russia, Ukraine and the United States.

The meeting of the Heads of Government of the Baltic Council of Ministers will bring together Prime Minister of Latvia Krišjānis Kariņš, Prime Minister of Estonia Jüri Ratas and Prime Minister of Lithuania Saulius Skvernelis.

The Baltic Council of Ministers (BCM) is the institution of trilateral intergovernmental cooperation. It was established on 13 June 1994. The highest decision-making body of the BCM is the meeting of the Heads of Government that is held at least once a year. This year Latvia is the presiding country of the BCM.
