It encompasses transparency, public participation, accountability to society for achieved results, ethical conduct, as well as fair and well-considered decision-making. The principle of good governance is enshrined in the State Administration Structure Law. People are at the heart of good governance. Good governance enables public administration to better fulfil its mission - serving society and strengthening public trust.
