On Thursday, September 8, Prime Minister Māris Kučinskis will hold a meeting with the President of the European Council Donald Tusk in Rīga.

The two parties plan to discuss current issues before the European Union leaders' informal meeting in Bratislava (Slovakia) on September 15. The officials will discuss the public position in the countries folowing the UK's decision to withdraw from the EU, as well as further development of the EU.
