To summarize information on the current market situation that could be used for a procurement complying with Paragraph 8, Section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, we invite all interested suppliers that can urgently supply non-sterile, non-powdered disposable gloves, observing the following minimum requirements:
- Basic material: 100% nitrile or 100% latex or 100% vinyl
- Sizes: S/M/L/XL/XXL
- Compliance with standards: respectively EN455, EU Directive 93/42/EEC of at least Class I, Category III or EN 374:2016, EU Regulation 2016/425 Category III
- Delivery date: no more than 3 working days from the conclusion of the Agreement.
- Required documentation:
- (a) respectively, an EC declaration of conformity stating the identity of the manufacturer, its EU representative, and the declaration of full responsibility that the product is compliant with EU Directive 93/42/EEC of at least Class I, Category III and an EC-accredited laboratory test report or certificate of compliance with the EN 455 standard, or a declaration of conformity in which the manufacturer has indicated information about itself and its EU representative and declares with full responsibility that the product meets the requirements of EU Regulation 2016/425/EEC Category III and an accredited laboratory test report or certificate of compliance with the standard EN 374:2016.
- (b) an image of the product and of the packaging;
- (c) the quantity available (by size) and the price of the product.
- Bid selection criteria: compliance with the above-mentioned minimum requirements and the lowest price.
