On Tuesday, October 21, the government supported the awarding of the Letter of Recognition of the Cabinet of Ministers to Ludmila Belinceva, Member of the Consultative Committee of Ethnic Minorities’ Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) of the Ministry of Culture and long-term Chairperson of the Union of Latvia’s Ukrainian Communities, and an active member of the Ukrainian diaspora in Latvia.
