Norway will observe a minute’s silence for the victims of Oslo tragedy at 1:00 p.m. Latvia time (12:00 Norway time). Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis appeals to the people of Latvia to show solidarity and to also observe a minute’s silence at 1:00 p.m. in order to express our sympathy and support to the relatives and friends of the victims and to all people of Norway. The Cabinet of Minister was commemorate the victims by holding a minute’s silence during the meeting of the Cabinet’s Committee.
