On July 8-9, Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis will visit Poland to meet Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, President of the Central Bank of Poland Marek Belka and leading entrepreneurs of Poland, as well as to participate in the discussion on the economic situation in Europe.
On Thursday, July 8, the Prime Minister will participate in the working lunch hosted by Prime Minister Donald Tusk. After the lunch, the Prime Minister will deliver speech in the discussion with the leading economists of Poland within the framework of the think tank”Demos Europe – Centre for European Strategy”. At the conclusion of the first day of the working visit, the Prime Minister will visit the Embassy of Latvia in Poland and meet the leading entrepreneurs of Poland in the working dinner hosted by the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
On Friday, July 9, Prime Minister V.Dombrovskis will meet President of the Central Bank of Poland Marek Belka. After the meeting, an interview of the Prime Minister with newspaper”Rzeczpospolita” is planned.
The Prime Minister will return to Latvia in the evening of July 9.
