March 12, 2010 marks the first anniversary of the Cabinet of Ministers led by Valdis Dombrovskis and approved by the Saeima. It was a time when economic crisis and insolvency of the country became a reality. At present moment, as a result of implementation of substantial structural reforms and reduction of expenditures Latvia has stabilized the economic situation of the country. The rating agency “Standard&Poor” has already improved its assessment of Latvia’s debts from negative to positive.
Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis kindly invites you to a meeting about the first government year with the representatives of foreign mass media. The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 11th, at 2:00 p.m., in the Prime Minister's Hall, 3rd floor of the building of the Cabinet of Ministers, 36 Brīvības Boulevard, Rīga.
