Today, on May 29, Ivars Godmanis, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, met Bronislovas Lubys, President of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.
During the meeting, I.Godmanis and B.Lubys discussed the development of economic situation in Latvia and Lithuania. The parties exchanged their views on energy situation in both countries, as well as discussed the problem related to price increase of agricultural products, and possible solutions.
Both the Prime Minister and B.Lubys concluded that both countries have good economic cooperation, and it has a potential for further development.
