On September 4 this year, Prime Minister of Finland Matti Vanhanen will pay an official visit to Latvia.
Aigars Kalvītis, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, will meet the high guest at the Monument for Freedom and Fatherland where the official welcoming ceremony and laying of flowers will take place.
It is planned that during this visit the Finnish Prime Minister will meet his Latvian counterpart Aigars Kalvītis and they will hold a joint press conference.
The Prime Minister of Finland will also meet Valdis Zatlers, President of Latvia, and Indulis Emsis, Speaker of the Saeima.
