On Thursday, June 29, at 12.15 p.m., in the Fireplace Hall of the Administration of Freeport of Rīga (Kalpaka Boulevard 12, 1st floor), Aigars Kalvītis, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, will meet a delegation of Japanese businessmen. Before the meeting a TV and photo opportunity is planned.
During the meeting it is planned to discuss business environment in Latvia, opportunities to develop economic cooperation between Latvia and Japan.
During their visit to Latvia the Japanese businessmen will get acquainted with the operation of the free ports of Rīga and Ventspils, meet representatives of administrations of the ports, listen to the presentations of heads of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency, Latvian Railway, Latvian Tourism Development Agency, and also visit Jūrmala City Council.
