On Tuesday, October 4, at 4:00 p.m., in the Prime MinisterâÀ™s Hall (3rd floor of the Cabinet of Ministers), Aigars KalvÄ«tis, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia, will meet Charlie McCreevy, Commissioner for Internal Market and Services of the European Union (EU), who is coming to Latvia on a working visit. Before the meeting a TV and photo opportunity is planned. During the meeting it is planned to discuss economic development of the EU, measures planned by the European Commission and Latvia for implementing the Lisbon Strategy, and free movement of services in the internal market of the EU. After the meeting, at 4:30 p.m., in the hallway next to the Prime MinisterâÀ™s Hall a joint press briefing of Aigars KalvÄ«tis and Charlie McCreevy is planned.
